The Concierge Coaching package is my most comprehensive and supported path to get you from where you are - to where you would like to be. I am passionate about addressing sleep first, but in Concierge Coaching we can work on just about any personal or professional development goal you may have. Plus, this is the only package where you can benefit from the full breadth of my coaching toolset. I have no doubt in my ability to meet your needs.

I only take on a few Concierge Clients at a time, so don't delay!

I will do as much as I can to help you be SUCCESSFUL. Period.

If you need short, but frequent sessions...or you do best with one session a week - based on what is going on for you, I aim to customize our session schedule, as much as possible. Also, if you need support between sessions...I will do all I can to be there for you.

FAQ'S

Who can benefit from sleep coaching?

Anyone struggling with their sleep can benefit greatly from sleep coaching. I offer customized, one-on-one coaching and consultation to most-efficiently help Clients achieve natural, reliable sleep. Imagine waking up feeling refreshed each morning!

Who is NOT a good fit for your services?

OK...I grew up in New Jersey and can deliver some hard truths when necessary. This is one of those times. If you are the type of person who wants better sleep to come from a bottle or a magic spell, then I am not the sleep specialist for you.

Now, if I suspect, for example that a vitamin deficiency could be a factor for your sleep, then I may suggest that you consider talking to your doctor for further investigation. It is up to you whether you contact your doctor or not and there are still plenty of other things I can help you with.

And although I do not have any Harry Potter spells, my methods are pretty darn fast and effective.

My sleep optimizing approach is not a temporary fix. I do not think it is worth your time, or mine, to not provide you with anything less than what you need to enjoy long-lasting results.

Can you help with insomnia?

Absolutely! Insomnia symptoms are the most common sleep issues for which Clients seek my help. Surprisingly most insomnia symptoms are actually caused by a person's lifestyle and stress factors. This is GREAT news for you, as I specialize in exactly those areas.

It is important to note that I do not treat, cure, or diagnose any medical conditions. However, I work with clients who have medical conditions all the time, as my offerings are safe and compliment nearly all medical treatments.

...and this is why I regularly receive client referrals from healthcare practitioners.

How do I know if I have a sleep problem?

Some common signs of sleep issues include difficulty falling asleep, waking up frequently during the night, or experiencing daytime drowsiness.. If you experience any of these symptoms regularly, or anything else that is concerning, and have not yet discussed this with your healthcare practitioner, then it is advised that you do so.

What if I already have a diagnosed sleep disorder?

If you already have a diagnosed sleep disorder, chances are very good that my services will be helpful.

There is so much we can do in-between doctor visits to improve your functioning and wellness.

What can I expect with the 72-Hour Jumpstart package?

Well, in general, you can expect to gain quick clarity and direction for jumpstarting your sleep optimization.

THE DETAILS:

This package includes 2 private consulting sessions and a customized, digital action plan for you to keep.

For the two 60-minute, private sessions, you and I will meet virtually, over Zoom, as this is the best way to conserve your time and energy. (I do not like asking sleep-deprived individuals to be on the roads anymore than they have to be, for safety reasons, and Zoom is a great solution for this!)

Please keep in mind that the sessions of this package are CONSULTATIVE, not coaching, in nature. See the other FAQ for more info.

THE TIMELINE OF THIS PACKAGE:

IN THE FIRST SESSION: We will explore the possible obstacles that could be preventing you from getting your best sleep. Warning: I will likely ask a lot of questions, but you are never pressured to share more than you are comfortable sharing. The reason for the questions is because of the sheer (and proven) fact that everything affects our sleep...and our sleep affects everything in our lives. There can be a lot of moving parts in troubleshooting sleep, and the more parts we shine a light on, the more helpful I can be to you and the more you get out of this investment of your time, money and energy.

AFTER THE FIRST SESSION: You get to relax, knowing that you are one step closer to solving your sleep puzzle! In the hours after the first session, I basically kick into "detective mode". I will be busy doing any further research needed for the specifics of your situation. I will also be narrowing-in on the most likely culprits of your sleep situation and formulating any compiling any last questions that I may have for you.

IN THE SECOND SESSION: We will circle on any remaining things to discuss, prioritize the obstacles to be conquered, strategize and then plan out the action steps. The planning of the action steps is the SECRET SAUCE!

AFTER THE SECOND SESSION: I create your action plan, which details the top priority items that are most likely to move the needle for you. This roadmap also includes the goals and action steps that we created together. I will email your action plan to you within 24 hours after your second session.

AFTER YOU RECEIVE YOUR ROADMAP: You have awesome tools to take your sleep and wellness to the next level.

For the 72-Hour Jumpstart, why do you mention CONSULTATION and not COACHING?

The sessions of the 72-Hour Jumpstart package are CONSULTATIVE in nature, not coaching.

Well, what does that mean?

Typically, my consultations are more about information sharing between us - they involve discovery, I can answer your questions and offer sleep information, when needed. We will also be setting goals, and designing the action steps to accomplish these goals in a way that they align with your lifestyle preferences and hard truths.

The 72-Hour Jumpstart package runs at a quick pace, as we have a lot to cover in just 2 sessions. It is an efficient and economical way to get some key information about your sleep and get you taking action on your positive path forward.

My coaching services, on the other hand, depending on what the client is seeing me for, can include all the elements of consulting, but coaching is able to go much further. My coaching approach is holistic, and can guide you through a big list of elements associated with personal and professional development. I am able to offer more support for a coaching client than I can during a 2-session consultation, but the 72-Hour Jumpstart is so powerful and foundational that it is often a first step with many Concierge Coaching Clients.
