Private sessions are one-on-one and can be 55 or 90 minutes in length. Most of my clients prefer to have their sessions via Zoom, but I can also conduct sessions in-person or through a voice-only phone call.
Our work together will begin with information gathering, discussing your goals, and discussing the possible stumbling blocks that may hold you back. Next, we design a treatment strategy with your comfort and efficiency as essential elements. Then, with me as your guide, we allow the power of hypnosis, imagery, positive suggestions (and more) to help you attain your goals.
Any data gathered is anonymous and not shared. We just use it to make sure the website is working well for you and for us.
