I am a mother to two amazing young adults, and I especially love international travel, the arts and animals.
I have a strong professional background in collaborating with and leading others. I professionally performed classical ballet for eight years with Pacific Northwest Ballet in Seattle before experiencing a career-ending injury.
I then earned my degree in Interior Design, with which I explored for 18 years entrepreneurship and eventually team-leading at a prominent design-build firm.
It was not until I faced my personal life challenges that I discovered hypnotherapy.
Incorporating hypnosis into my life has been extraordinarily beneficial for me. My passion is to share this tool to help others navigate their way towards a brighter future, focusing on health, happiness, and success.
I am a Certified Master Hypnotist currently working with clients all over the globe via Zoom/TeleMed.
I connect my clients with their inner resources so that they may more easily and quickly achieve their goals and live their most fulfilling lives.
Hypnotherapy is an excellent tool to facilitate this connection, as it helps to synchronize the conscious and subconscious minds, aligning client efforts towards what they want to achieve. I have found that a combination of therapeutic imagery and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is especially effective. However, I am skilled in many hypnotherapy techniques. I use sensory acuity and a client-centered approach to design a therapeutic plan that will best help my clients reach and maintain their self-development goals.
As a professional member of the American Hypnosis Association I hold special certifications in:
I also have years of experience helping people overcome bad things from their past or just helping them achieve great things in the present.
